As usual, everything is impeccable. For the 20 x 30 bags, I'm happy with just about everything. They're solid and high quality.

the product supplied is far from the quality expected. for this coffee, it is far behind a hypermarket product (for example, a carte noire n° 9). So no interest."

Relatively fast delivery. The goods apparently come from Toulouse in France, so they take longer to arrive. The quality can only be judged by eye and is good in my opinion. The packaging is fine. Customer service in terms of delivery notification is good.

Despite the care taken by Tompress for shipping, one of the items was broken by the carrier.
The Tompress after-sales service was very responsive and professional.

You have to be available for the carrier (9am-5pm slot). The doorbell didn't work, which I didn't know, and 2 minutes after the carrier arrived I found a notice telling me I was absent. Why put cell phone numbers on parcels if the courier doesn't use them? The carrier's phone number is overtaxed, which is very unpleasant.
