Efficiency, quality, original items hard to find elsewhere... The only drawback is that prices aren't always affordable and some utensils are missing (rice ball, small lids -10,12 cm- , etc...), which are not often used these days.

Delivery: can do better, but tom presse has nothing to do with it. Package damaged, but this is due to the Belgian post office.
