There was just one problem: I had to contact Tom'press because I hadn't heard anything about my order for nearly 3 weeks (nothing about product availability, nothing about delivery times). Fortunately, as soon as I got in touch by e-mail, delivery was very quick and went off without a hitch.

Revisit the packaging because when I opened the package at home, my plastic boxes were a bit broken (not enough protection).

I had inadvertently ordered an item for which delivery was a long way off, which was incompatible with my request for rapid delivery, and customer service informed me immediately. A big thank you and bravo for the pro-activity. Delivery, the parcel was nicker, but pb of breakage noted with unpacking. I didn't report this as a problem.
