Too long to order

I have been a customer for some time and have always been satisfied with both the packaging of the goods and the speed of dispatch.

For a 1st order I am very satisfied.

To be able to evaluate an order, you would have to have already received it. On the other hand, customer service is not very commercial, even very unpleasant.
