Received and conformed. Badly packed, depalletized, but not damaged.

The delivery system is not the most optimal for the customer. you have to make an appointment with geodis to block a date. in addition, delivery takes a whole day, so it's not compatible with our working days, especially as there are no Saturday deliveries.

Hello The vacuum packing machine works very well. I only regret that there is no tuto or Video demonstration of how the machine works. Demonstration tutorials would greatly improve your website.

The order has been outbound since January 3rd and has still not been delivered despite several reminders. Bravo...

The casing is as described and of good quality, however in the tompress advice it is said that with this type of casing it is possible to stuff more than 16kg of meat with 4 meters, but I received 5 meters and was barely able to stuff 7kg and yet I made long lengths to avoid losing space with the knots.

We ordered a shredder in early October with an initial deadline of mid-October, then mid-October postponed to late October (notified by email), then postponed to early November, then postponed every 10 days but without being notified, we had to call each time until delivery in late December the product is top but upon receipt the apples were rotten ... very disappointed.

Delivery time too long. i thought i'd find rakes big enough to harvest olives, but in fact i feel like i've received rakes for children. very disappointed.

Small delivery problem (wrong location and the delivery company didn't provide me with the code to remove the coli). Apart from that, the pan oozes quality, and potting is child's play (under parental supervision). I've only had it a few days, but it's already not catching on at all, and works wonders on everything I've tried.

Delivery is a problem with this company, parcels have to be picked up at a relay point, it's unacceptable to pay for home delivery and have to go somewhere else. On the other hand, good products, to be recommended.
