I'm 100 disappointed because: I sent you a complaint e-mail via your site's contact page yesterday, January 23rd, but still no reply or acknowledgement of receipt, after more than 24 hours. carton2 in carton1 was open, and breakage inside + pestle handle missing Wait for reply.

Fast delivery. Neatly packaged. The stainless steel rolling pin (30 cm) seems too smooth to me: it tends to slip instead of rolling under your hands (especially those with a little butter) when working on a cooled appliance. Perhaps the ends should be roughened for a better grip.
