Not yet used the incubator

I put 'Medium' for the merchandise because one of the items I received did not correspond to my order; even if it came from the wholesaler who made us wait several months and delivered another item than the one ordered. Otherwise nothing to complain about. Very good customer service.

Efficiency, quality, original items hard to find elsewhere... The only drawback is that prices aren't always affordable and some utensils are missing (rice ball, small lids -10,12 cm- , etc...), which are not often used these days.
