The fruit crusher is very good: the instructions are very informative. the press, on the other hand, has no instructions, especially when it comes to positioning the pawls. in operation, the pawls don't always fall into the holes. moreover, several people are needed to hold the wooden wedges.

I made a mistake with my order and you did nothing to help me out. I ordered the right product and just asked your carrier to pick up the other one at my expense, but no, I had to manage on my own. I put the drum up for sale on the bon coin and you lost me as a customer.

Delivery problem, tracking was blocked. Little help from customer service, I had to call the carrier myself (pay number). Once delivered, the parcel was protected in a cardboard box, but when I opened it, the top of one of the uprights was bent. I haven't fixed it yet but I think the product is still functional, but customer service and delivery need to be reviewed.
