I still haven't received the order .....

Two successive orders of pork and sheep casings from Portugal. Ordered on Tuesday, arrived on Friday in perfect condition. Understood the meaning of untangling the masses, soaked the casings for a few hours and all went very well. Last Saturday, 20kg of merguez and 15kg of sausage worked wonders on a group of fifteen expats for whom this was a first.

The dehydrator was delivered with major scratches on the inside. On the stainless steel, this is unfortunately quite visible. Unacceptable.

Delivery time respected. Product conforms to photo and description, quality seems comparable to another raviole tray I use regularly. I chose the triangular shapes to change from the round or square ones, but also to differentiate them when I freeze them: each shape has a different filling. Good value for money.

I had not been warned of the delay in delivery (1 month was tomorrow instead of a week).

Chronopost didn't offer re-delivery to the post office in my neighborhood (Robertsau), but only to post offices or relay points, where parking is relatively difficult. Not too cool for a heavy, bulky parcel. The products and service are still top-notch. No blah-blah, clear dialogue, effective action.

Shipping costs a little too expensive 7.50 euros for an order 2 items for an amount of 41.20 euros ( 1 knife 1 package of vacuum bags )which increases the bill of 18.20 pity we would order more often otherwise the quality is there but at this price we find on the spot cheaper I recommend however your site but I warn well on shipping costs

The product is exactly what I expected, especially as it will be used (in an outdoor kitchen) in a foreign country (Spain) where it doesn't exist.

Delivery took far too long. Wanted to cancel the order.

I regret the precise absence of information on the delivery time, which was listed as existing on the site, but which did not physically exist in store. You always have to be truthful. 2 reminders to get at least a date; Unable to give one.....The product was finally delivered after 3 weeks.

Very good order and delivery service (perfect packaging), product as described. Only downside, the prices are not the cheapest on the market.

Order placed in mid-March received in mid-April, too long lead time despite advertising 48h00 delivery. No information concerning this order, I got the information when I called the company.
