2 massive stainless steel plancha ordered, delivered in a single thin cardboard box, the result: totally damaged and scratched. i was told that i should have checked the parcel on delivery and therefore that the insurance doesn't work. thank you and well done tom press.

I recommend the following modifications : 1) a hinged door at the outlet, to prevent splashing and loss of product 2) instead of the pestle a lid with hole and tube for inserting apples and to prevent splashing 3) an additional bar without crank for drill attachment. I can send photos.
