As I still haven't received my order, I can't judge the merchandise. On the other hand, I'm waiting to see whether customer service will be up to scratch if my order doesn't arrive. In any case, as far as delivery is concerned, I find the post office's service pathetic. Cdt.

First disappointment with the availability of your merchandise: we received our order late, so missed using it while our garden was overflowing with vegetables... A shame. In addition, the appointment with the carrier was complicated (3 phone calls were necessary due to the deliveryman's faux-bonds...). Fortunately, the quality of our drawer unit is excellent.

The machine runs impeccably. It's not easy to clean, though, so you'd better bring a small brush. A little disappointed by the delivery, as the motor had taken a few knocks, but the marks are not very visible, especially when you first talk to the delivery man, but that's a pity... doesn't hinder its use in any way.

I made a mistake in my order and the service rectified it.

I'm disappointed by this article because the dish is tinned and therefore cannot exceed 210°, whereas the recipe published in the catalog indicates cooking at 250° or higher, which is normal for cooking socca. It is therefore impossible to cook the socca correctly.

Tom-press is easy to navigate. Items received are as described. Fast delivery and convenient delivery service.

Stainless steel part of the press no problem. Lack of precision in the red-painted cast-iron part. Only one of the two pawls worked. I gave the press to a colleague; it hurt less than putting it in the metal container. I was probably unlucky.
