Good overall, but it remains to be seen in use. One criticism: the unit may tip over when unloaded on the motor side. I've made a plate that attaches to the underside of the unit to prevent it from tipping over. The screw allows precise adjustment of the blade in the cauldron.

Small manufacturing defect on the hopper, but the problem was solved very quickly by Tompress, so the after-sales service was very good. Otherwise, the manual Reber n°3 works well.

We had a problem with the cylinder of the tomato and berry (raspberry) corer. The cylinder broke on the 2nd use with raspberries. The cylinder supplied with the machine is suitable for tomatoes, but you have to use another cylinder for berries, which has a finer grid. After a phone call, the problem was quickly solved.

I'm delighted to have found Wek sterilizing rubbers and stirrups on the site, which were impossible to find in my area and which will enable me to reuse the jars I have.
