Package arrived on time the service is really fast even though they ship from France. I purchased a 28 cm cast iron pan from Carl Victor brand that I had already had the opportunity to appreciate because owner dina identical 20 cm pan. The price is really competitive also taking into account that such pans are not easy to find. I will definitely return to purchase from TomPress.

It's a shame that this is the 1st time I've been asked for my opinion because the previous delivery was catastrophic (poor packaging, broken pottery) with non-existent customer service ... Hope that you will improve customer contact.
