I was not informed of the arrival of the parcel at the relay point, nor any details about it. Yesterday, when I went to see for myself, the transport site still said "in delivery"; the parcel had been at the relay point for 4 days.

Fast delivery, perfect packaging, but the drum grater is really small, I thought it would be larger. I was already using a drum grater but the parmesan was placed on top and not behind, which isn't great; the cheese doesn't hold up as well.

Easy ordering, fast delivery, everything perfect

Fast delivery already assembled great. easy to use one downside however the roller rusts immediately in 10mn. it must be cleaned and dried systematically. too bad it wasn't galvanized like the funnel.

I placed and paid for an order on 15/08. It's still on hold and I've had no news about the reason for the blockage or the estimated delivery time. We're a long way from delivery within 48 hours.

Having paid for a 24h delivery service, having waited 3 days to receive the parcel.

10 days delivery is probably normal. Various mail inquiries were not answered. Operating instructions only in French.
