For your information, I heat the milk for several minutes (90°) and let it come down to 55° before inoculating it, which makes the yoghurt firmer. Be careful, too, with the choice of yogurts purchased for inoculation: not all of them are (milk preparations, for example).

Delivery, books ok. Adapter for bubbler too large: sent back by recorded delivery and the delivery problem came from the post office but still arrived after a complaint on the post office website. Ordered tourie with light beige basket, p 77, received one with black basket whereas on photo it is light beige without specifying random color as on page 68. Just a big problem with the basket color.
