VERY GOOD COMPANY

Very good for everything except the delivery of a cast iron item. It's a shame because it's almost the end of summer and I had bought it for these summer months. I know it's not your fault, but it's a shame for a 300 euro order (331 to be precise). As far as delivery is concerned, it's not great because I don't know if the deliveryman came the first time, and calling back, if need be, is a bit of a hassle.

I bought a tomato press with a finer grid for red fruits. 10kg of tomato sauce and 6kg of blackberries without any problem or effort. I must admit that I made a wooden wedge to raise the press so that I could slide in a bowl for the juice and another for the waste. Over-elevation of about ten cm. Very good product.

I am satisfied with the customer service that allowed me to follow the progress of my merchandise on my phone and the merchandise arrived in very good condition apart from the either that was taken for the boxing.
