Stainless steel part of the press no problem. Lack of precision in the red-painted cast-iron part. Only one of the two pawls worked. I gave the press to a colleague; it hurt less than putting it in the metal container. I was probably unlucky.

The product photo suggests that the envelope is of better quality, while the cork could be made of cork.

The delivery man is perfect, it's the GLS IT department that sends erroneous e-mails. You are told that the parcel will be delivered on Wednesday, but the driver only picks it up on Thursday (2 times). The mandolin meets my expectations.

I recommend the following modifications : 1) a hinged door at the outlet, to prevent splashing and loss of product 2) instead of the pestle a lid with hole and tube for inserting apples and to prevent splashing 3) an additional bar without crank for drill attachment. I can send photos.
