Everything's ok What surprised me was that the motor got quite hot after 15' of use, I seeded some blanched tomatoes. The oil bath and the motor body were quite hot. Is this normal?

I haven't used the bags yet, as I still have some from an old supplier. And I'm finishing off the old stock first.

A little disappointed by the equipment. The smoker itself is not very practical to use: a swinging door would be better than a sliding door. The cold smoke unit should be fitted in the lower part. And the sawdust igniter should be replaceable without having to change the whole unit. It's hard to get the after-sales service to admit that this one isn't working.
