The product was exactly what I ordered. The delivery was on time. I even recieved a follow up phone call by Tom Press to make sure everythung went well. The only negative comment I gave to the person who called was to remark that the transporter they had used for the delivery of my package had been very rough with the package. But as the product had been well packed thankfully there was no damage.
