I find the product average, the knife tends to rust even when dried well, and I wonder if the plastic washer will last long enough...

Response from tompress.com
After drying, remember to grease it to prevent it from rusting. Best regards.

The 1st use corresponded to my expectations; nevertheless, this device requires a lot of energy and is not very compatible with feminine use; obviously, its rigid fixing on a stable support would facilitate the operation. Such a support is not in your catalog.

very good quality product but for the dosage of spices for merguez 60 gr per kg is too spicy for me but it's a question of taste otherwise all the flavours are present I recommend this site

Hello Very good, high-quality equipment. Thanks to Tompress for the well-designed website and for answering my questions by phone. It's a shame that the carrier doesn't understand that there are no inhabitants in a winery. When a precise time has been agreed (morning or afternoon), it must be respected. After several calls, delivery was made.

Ordered Friday around 08.00, paid by Chronopost, supposed to be delivered Saturday. In principle, except that Chronopost only delivered on Monday. As I'm not retired, I lost 8kg in preparation, which is a shame.

Very unpleasant reception from the after-sales service as if the customer was responsible for the goods received damaged then different discourse between the different people we have to deal with I would not recommend this site, already the problem Sav is far from being resolved a problem on a product return to your charge Cordially

Immediate delivery and no mess. Lucky Luke would have said, faster than his shadow... The only downside is that for years my wife has been mascaraing her berry jams without knowing that there was a special sieve for them. This sieve is not offered with the purchase of the épépineuse and it was by chance that I discovered it while watching a video in which redcurrants were clearly visible.
