I ordered a part (blade extractor) for my Berkel HOME LINE 200 slicer but the part delivered does not correspond at all to my order. I called a week ago and I'm sure they'll do what's necessary to order the right part! As you can see on the picture the wording doesn't match the part!!!! I'm waiting and hoping I won't have to wait too long !!!
Hello, the parcel arrived well packed but dropped off at my neighbors, so they didn't open it. The bbq inside arrived scratched and some parts twisted. A scandal for a product of this price. Of course, it's easy for you to say that you have to open the parcel in front of the deliveryman. Who does that in 2023 when we know that delivery companies are overwhelmed. The law isn't always reality.

Hello, I bought sawdust. Very disappointed, the grind was much too big and impossible to light. I had to pass everything through a mason's sieve to get real sawdust worthy of the name. This will be my last purchase from TOMPRESS, which in my opinion offers a catalog of items that are far too diverse, and therefore cannot guarantee quality and conformity.
I had to order an 8mm grate for a Reber chopper, although the product you sell was supposed to be equipped with one, but in the end it was fitted with a 6mm grate.

1) The parcel was not delivered, I was notified by email of the non-delivery. I therefore went to collect it myself. 2) I phoned you to let you know and, above all, to express my dissatisfaction. I was literally told off by your receptionist, who told me that there was nothing he could do and that I'd just have to "sort it out with my letter carrier".
Pathetic... An order blocked for more than 2 months for a book in the process of being restocked. To limit shipping costs, the order is sent in a single shipment, even though the company has no way of knowing when it will be available again. The only way to be delivered is to cancel the order for the book... which I did after 2 months. And then, instead of just cancelling the book and shipping it back, I had to cancel the order.

Delivery promised in 48 hours, parcel delivered after 5 days. Not great for food products. Very disappointed with the delivery method, which doesn't live up to its promises.
