My order is not dated 15/06 as indicated but rather 15/11/2021. No follow-up from the company, the switchboard operator was barely friendly and unable to provide any information. Sales gesture for 6 months of delay, an advertising cutting board. Frankly disappointing....

I ordered parts for a plunger. I didn't look at the description because the photo was self-explanatory, so I ordered. I received the parts but a gasket that was on the photo was missing. I immediately looked into why. In fact the photos were wrong, they had added the joint and so I didn't order what was displayed!!!! After two requests for commercial gesture, they did not answer q

I have the impression that your site is in fact a scam. I ordered an item at the end of december. parcel n° CB612711517FR. To this day, I still haven't received the item and I've been informed that the French post office will process my file from January 21st. I have since requested a refund for my diary and to date I have received no reply from your site.
