I received my parcel 2 months late Delay Delay
Finally receive my smoker ordered in November
Almost 2 months after my order. I still haven't received anything!

The appliance is made of cast aluminum... aluminum is dangerous to health (banned in the community for a long time already...) and this is not specified in the description!
Sorry to put you down like this but in 2020 I ordered bottles and corks to make my apple juice, these bottles and corks were not used in 2020 but in 2021 according to the harvest of our apples! and here the pasteurizations did not succeed, the corks did not tighten well my bottles total of time spent for nothing, a lost harvest and time spent for nothing! The idea of a plastic pot is an excellent one, as it weighs much less than a stoneware pot and is easier to handle. But this pot has major shortcomings: - Poor-quality plastic with encrusted manufacturing waste (made in Slovenia) - Insufficient finish. Needed to be deburred before use - Lid pops off during fermentation, splattering the surrounding area.
Delivery times (almost 5 weeks for an unfortunate sieve) + error, I had ordered a 60 sieve and you delivered an 80 sieve. In addition, exchanges by but (given the obvious delay in delivery) were not very kind.
Fragile, the screw shaft twisted after the 1st use. (Grapes, crushed, pierced and crushed) No small tube for juice drainage, no space to place a container, and all the juice spills out all around. No suction cups or fastening system for the base, which slips during use. How I regret this useless purchase!

Parcel without apparent problem but after the deliveryman left on opening a shock to the handle and the e-mail jumped too bad for me.

Carton arrived very damaged, 4 bottles broken and two packs of capsules missing (which I noticed afterwards). Packaging not very neat and bottles more fragile than 4 years ago ... Given the price they cost, this is very disappointing (1.25 per bottle with cap)! This was recorded in front of the seller. I accepted the parcel because I needed it. Service and delivery to be reviewed.
Order placed on 1/7, delivery announced within 48h! We had the order delivered to our son's home as he was away until 7/7, delivery made on 12/7. It's pointless announcing delivery times and then not respecting them without any other information! Other than that, I'm satisfied with Tompress products,

2 months and a half of waiting for the order. I finally received it, and the grid does not correspond with what I had ordered. I sent an email to customer service and I still have no return. I will not recommend this site again.
Don't buy this product! It's a dust duster that doesn't clean but scratches Jeanne's ladies. Big, big scam!
I ordered the goods on 03/06 and unfortunately still as of today 16/06 I have no certainty about where my goods are , (the tracking of the shipment is updated to 10/06) and when it will be delivered to me .

The product delivered does not correspond to the description, nor to the image of the product on your online site. Chemical yeast, not baker's yeast. And your price is much higher than that of your competitors.

The value of the parcel was falsely estimated, resulting in exorbitant customs charges. We found a solution with your after-sales service, which caused a further delay in delivery.
I cancelled an order the day after I made it, they initially agreed however they still took money from my account and sent the order 6 days later then proceeded to tell me that I had ordered twice (I only had 1 confirmation email). 6 weeks to get my order (after having sent 2 mails) whereas you advocate a fast delivery, I find that null. No word of explanation or apology to tell me that it would take longer than expected. Part of my order has been sent. I did not receive 2 items I had ordered. The packets of flour arrived stale.
We paid 70 for a simple cheese grater that can't grate... So far, it's only the product that sucks, and we're very disappointed. We've sent a message to customer service and we'll see how you react. As for delivery, it was perfect...

To pay a service for my order to arrive the next morning and for it to arrive only 2 days later, no thank you. What's more, it's up to me to ask for a refund, even though I paid Tom Press. You're quick to solve problems. One last thing: I'm not satisfied with your products, which are far from top-notch.
