After receiving my package at the post office and signing immediately, I did not open my package on site. The ordered ceramic (a piece worth 100 euros) was broken in two without protection in its box. After 2 messages, still no responses. I deeply regret my order as it was for a birthday gift.

Having chosen delivery by pick-up (drop-off 100 m from my home), I receive an email from Chronopost informing me that the drop-off point has changed and that it is now transferred to 25 km from my home! When I arrived at the location in front of a locker, I did not receive the codes to open my locker. Back home. After a difficult investigation, I learned that the delivery person, having no available locker, had returned my package to the store's reception WITHOUT informing me. Total: 2 round trips: 100 km instead of 100 m. I have not yet recovered from this.
