the parts received for a grinder do not fit together, the phone reception is deplorable asking to make videos in order to get feedback.

I received my torn package and it was the post office that repackaged it. I have a torn bag of flour that has spilled in the box.

It is always a pleasure to order from TomPress because I know I will not be disappointed. The products are of high quality, the shipments are fast and well packaged. Moreover, they provide good ideas for making preparations yourself, tips, recipes... It is a site that I recommend. It is a site that I recommend.

2 problems. The replacement part for a Reber grinder that I received does not fit in the grinder because it is too wide. A complaint was made to Tompress who has certainly forwarded it to the supplier (no news for a week, so I am not sure about anything). Secondly, my login to my account no longer works. I informed Tompress who gave me a temporary password which also does not work.

2 of the jars ordered arrived in pieces. I contacted customer service, sent them photos of the condition of these jars upon arrival of the package, and I still have not heard back. I am disappointed.

Fast preparation and delivery order. Only downside is the 3rd order and the 3rd time we've had to recreate our Internet account, but it's certainly not your fault.

Almost everything went well, except for the package that arrived in a mediocre state, slightly opened, having damaged a delivery, but without consequence for reading.

Package arrived quickly at the relay. The pantry meets our expectations, even if installed "upside down" so that the door opening is on the right side.
