6 weeks to get my order (after having sent 2 mails) whereas you advocate a fast delivery, I find that null. No word of explanation or apology to tell me that it would take longer than expected. Part of my order has been sent. I did not receive 2 items I had ordered. The packets of flour arrived stale.
We paid 70 for a simple cheese grater that can't grate... So far, it's only the product that sucks, and we're very disappointed. We've sent a message to customer service and we'll see how you react. As for delivery, it was perfect...

To pay a service for my order to arrive the next morning and for it to arrive only 2 days later, no thank you. What's more, it's up to me to ask for a refund, even though I paid Tom Press. You're quick to solve problems. One last thing: I'm not satisfied with your products, which are far from top-notch.

Goods could be better described, with detailed pictures. Delivery time was far too long. Feedback on the return shipment is still pending. Messages in German would also be very helpful. Not everyone speaks French.

Poorly packaged goods, I thought there were 4 broken pots but in fact 8, disappointed!
Problem when ordering, they don't say they're not in stock, then the deliveryman doesn't know how to use a doorbell or takes the wrong street. The 3rd time, the parcel is damaged.

For the moment I can only assess the delivery, which was totally unsatisfactory as it was delivered 700 km from my home, and the customer service, which wasn't much better as Colissimo and Tompress were both blaming each other. What's more, a copy of the complaint e-mail should have been sent to me, but I haven't received anything.
Indicates on the site that the product is available and in stock. However it arrives 2 months after the order and customer service is absent.
You are a disaster! you send broken goods without checking and expect the customer to bear the cost of reshipment because it's broken?!?! it doesn't end there
As far as I am concerned you are unreliable with zero seriousness! You sent me a broken vinegar pot as pictured and it did not break in transit but was shipped already in that condition!!! You also expect the customer to pay for the shipping!!! It does not end here not so much for the money but I will report you on all forums and to the consumer association!

My experience is not good , the goods after 15 days has not yet arrived and the service is poor , the delay is due to the Italian courier but from the company only an email saying it is a week that I solicit him "... still have not received the goods ... you do you!"

Not happy with either the merchandise purchased or the disastrous customer service: - The product is not correctly described in its technical aspects and when I receive the product it cannot be used at more than 220 degrees. For a Socca dish that has to go into a wood-fired oven, this is annoying. Customer service doesn't want to pay the return postage. For a pro site, this is really bad.
Delivery error (cf. e-mail sent on June 2, 2020 at 18:39 with subject Capsules received Invoice FX531821").
Initially it looks very sturdy. the grip it made with very luxurious material, soft to touch. however when i put egg mixture to cook. it started to stick to it. I had to put lot if oil in order to move and roll the egg. the quality does not justify the price. very disappointing.
I'm going to evaluate what, I haven't received anything yet.
