I put the minimum note as I have not yet received my order.
Order placed on March 23, 2020. it is now April 02 and I still do not have the package in my possession. the package was supposed to arrive within 48 hours. very disappointed for a first order. The items ordered are single-use disposable gloves, so they're quite urgent.

My order was missing parts which made it unusable, still awaiting parts from the manufacturer, theyre unable to give me a date for when these would arrive, and would not send a replacement machine or find another solution for this issue. Mistakes happen, and it's how one deals with them which makes the difference.

A long time ago, I ordered a meat drying cabinet from Tompress. On the first delivery, the cabinet was damaged and the delivery company took it back. On the same day I sent the photos and notification to Tompress, asking when the next delivery would arrive. I received neither an e-mail nor a message. Deplorable service, order placed in November for Christmas, order received in May. All this strongly encourages me not to recommend your services to anyone I know to avoid another disappointment. I do not understand how customers can be treated in this way. I am extremely disappointed. Sincerely
Ordered in January. Product apparently unavailable. I'm told the order will be shipped in March. At the beginning of May, still no news, no message ... I contact them with the cancellation request and they finally decide to send me my parcel. In the meantime, the 2.5L screw press (as indicated on the internet order tracking) has been changed on the invoice to 1.6L ...?
The parcel never arrived but I was debited on May 3.
No warning of the arrival of the parcel at the relay point. If in the figures the shipment was almost fast, in fact it took me more than 10 days to get my parcel as I thought I would receive a warning of availability. I checked my spam and the like, but never received anything. What's more, customer service takes people at face value.
1 bottle out of the 6 delivered was broken and I have a credit note which I probably won't use instead of a replacement of the bottle I needed and my complaint has not been taken into account.
