I had to phone to receive my order because more than a week after ordering I had not received any information. The plancha has a shock in a corner and the oil dispenser is missing which was missing when I ordered and I have no information on when I will receive this missing item. I remain more than skeptical about the future of my future purchases from you. In the meantime
Long delivery times The parcel took over a week to be delivered almost to the point of departure.
Very fast order processing and shipping. I ordered tomato stakes, the only downside is that the stakes are not pointed, which is not at all practical for planting. I'd never seen that before. And it's not visible on the description. Hence my note

More than five months between order and delivery - that's not serious!
Unfortunately only 2 stars, order on 10.04 partial delivery mid-June, rest is no longer available (can happen). No information from seller. The whole thing could have been processed much faster. Product is of good quality.
Difficult to turn the crank
Reduce packaging: I received the 100 vacuum bags in a cardboard box that was far too big for the product being shipped. A large envelope would have sufficed!
Very long delivery and no tracking
The bird of prey tends to wrap itself around the pole. I think a 5 to 6-meter pole would be better.

I used to buy Reber brand bags, with which I was very satisfied. These have been replaced by the Tompress brand. The product is very average, every other time the bread box flap comes off the track and doesn't close. You have to pull from left to right and right to left to get it back on track.

Ordered in early January, delivered in April. When ordering, you are given a delivery time of 3 or 4 days.
For me, the asparagus is a few centimetres too short to cook all the way through.
A much too long wait and a lack of communication. Ordered in November, with a promise of Christmas delivery. Result: received in April, without any compensation.
Ravioli roll ordered on 8/12/21 and received on 8/04/22, i.e. a 4-month delay with no communication... It's a shame, it gives a bad image when in the end there are no problems with the product. There are things to review...
Order received 4 months later
Express delivery requested, invoiced and paid for. Instead of 24 h delivery was 72 h slower than standard delivery!
The item ordered arrived, very well packaged, but 3 months after the expected date without having received a message from you. I was the one who, worried, initiated the e-mail.

It's a shame that it's up to the customer to come to the news for an item for which the restocking lead time is not respected. For me, the initial lead time was 2 weeks, but 3 months later, still nothing. Your department could anticipate this by alerting the customer to the situation as soon as the lead time is exceeded, and give a plausible estimate of the postponement.
Good quality bags but not the right size.
Very good company ... but very big problems with the carrier! Obliged to pick up the parcel 40kms away at their depot! Change carrier and it will be perfect.
The sterilizer arrived with a broken handle. A shame.

I received my order more than 2 months late because part of it was out of stock. I completely understand, but I would have liked to have been informed of the delay as it was a Christmas present and I would have had time to make a change to the order. Otherwise, the material received is of very good quality and I'm very happy with it.
The products are very well made, however, the packaging is not very well thought out, one part received broken, (half disc).
