My order (for 320) was placed at the end of September and I received it at the end of November! Tomato seeds available in 15 days and sauerkraut pots available in 1 week. Supply lead times kept getting longer and longer, and the purchasing department was never willing to send the items I needed in 2 shipments. In the end, all that was left was the tomato seeds at 3 euros.

Weak product. The thermometer's temperature scale is a piece of paper printed and glued into the glass. This makes it look like a toy produced in a technology class. Many doubts about the thermometer's durability. Product already oxidized after 3 uses. Very thin steel.

Very good and efficient peeler. Customer service very good, very pleasant person on the phone, very available to solve delivery problems. I'm disappointed by the lack of information on how to use and maintain the tompress automatic vacuum filler. The enclosed document does not correspond to the equipment delivered. Instead, it's an instruction manual for a Reber vacuum filler! The first vacuum tests were mixed, with the absence of instructions for use corresponding to the equipment.
