1- the help when I had a crash in the middle of the order, (impossible to specify the delivery site) and 2- the help when the chosen delivery site refused the parcel, sent it back to tompress... Finally, thanks to this help, the parcel arrived safely, I'd say in spite of the Post Office!

I'm delighted with my machine. Quiet, fast, a huge time-saver. The coulis is as creamy as you could wish. However, the hardest part was finding a can that wasn't too wide to catch the juice, and putting another can next to it to catch the pulp.
