Regarding the delays, when choosing customized products with options, this inevitably leads to delays of about 6 to 7 weeks, as we are the manufacturer and need time to produce all the orders. Without options, the product was in stock and deliverable within 7 days.

Thank you for your positive feedback. Regarding the magnets, they may have shifted during transport but they are adjustable. You can slightly loosen them to move the magnet forward or backward before re-screwing. This will strengthen the contact between the door and the magnet and resolve your issue. If needed, customer service can assist you.

Perfect regarding Tradis, fast delivery. I have a reservation about the delivery person who, despite my notes in the order, despite my call to him, arrived without warning (9am-6pm when you work, blocking the whole day, right!) when I had just asked him to notify us 20 minutes before arriving so we could organize ourselves. Then when he calls that he is in front of the house, he is threatening by saying that if we are not there in 10 minutes, he will leave... we did not like this at all knowing that we had taken our precautions.

Paint with "used" appearance, disappointing.

Hello,
The Camarillo White finish is a so-called rustic color with a naturally aged look. We naturally "age" the finish to enhance this aspect as you can see in the photo of the entire color. This means that at times you can see the natural wood behind the paint, through sanding, the knots, etc.
There was no bad color distribution, it is just the final appearance of the finish and it is therefore done on purpose.
Now, if this did not suit you, I remind you that you had a right of withdrawal on the products, you could have used it or at least contacted us to express your issue.
