the alarm does not sound loud enough

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Hello,
Sorry for this feeling.
Even if the siren does sound quite loud, the sound level is very subjective and greatly depends on the installation (positioning, etc.).
Please note that, if necessary, additional slave sirens can be added to your existing kit.
Do not hesitate to consult us for advice, we are at your disposal to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your installation.
Best regards,
Christopher

Website clear on content, use of alarms and cost.Instructions with alarm not so clear. I may suggest Ultrasecure UK read them through and then rewrite- you'd only need to do it once for each alarm and the end result would be much better. That being said managed to install it and very pleased with the product

It was complicated for me to remove the pin code from my SIM CARD because I did not have a phone accepting mini SIM cards. The market security people kindly offered to send it to them to do it themselves. Generally speaking, the market security people are excessively friendly, competent, and helpful. I recommend their equipment that I use for monitoring my elderly parents and which only costs me 2€/month.

Service and advice prior to purchase: IMPECCABLE! I particularly recommend this site as a new customer from Marseille, I was super informed before the purchase, and after the purchase, very good quality products and especially great customer service (especially for pairing remote controls with a central unit). I think I would not have had the same quality of service in Marseille. Go there with your eyes closed! You are dealing with honest and competent people.
