Unless I'm mistaken, I haven't seen if it was possible to return an order if it didn't suit. I wanted to have my bracelet engraved but I didn't dare because I didn't know if it would be possible to return it. Is it possible, if the bracelet is suitable, to return it to you for engraving? If so, who will bear the return shipping costs?

The bracelet is aesthetic but does not fit well on the wrist and since it is rather rigid, it does not conform to the curve of the wrist. Product should be tried in-store to realize this.

Very happy with my purchase on Ursul. The design is original, the finish of the product seems very good. I am disappointed on 3 points: the fact that the merchant site is a Shopify is not reassuring from my point of view. Second point, the delivery option to a relay point does not allow you to choose your relay point (or it is very poorly done, and I did not like the Neighbor relay option which consists of picking up my package next to my home and having to make an appointment with the person who received the package in my place). Finally, on the site, the item is presented in a nice leather box, the reality is that it arrives in a cardboard box in the brand's colors. These elements detract from the shopping experience of a product at €390, despite a quality that seems to be there. Ursula you are a great brand, we count on you to improve that!
