Problems with items that didn't match the description on the site, several emails sent for a return, and to date no reply. This is the first time I've done this, and I realize that customer service doesn't exist at all! Everything's fine if you don't have any problems. I ordered some gemmas that I needed for a certain day. I ordered them ahead of time. They offered between 6 and 10. I told them to give me at least 7 (just in case they gave me less and 6 was not enough for what I needed). They gave me 7. But the worst thing was how long it took. I complained. They told me first thing the next day and it did NOT arrive. It arrived the next day and at noon. It did not arrive in time for what I needed and I do not intend to repeat with this supplier. Delivery is as important as the product.
