Very good service in every respect. The sales representative is available and proactive, both with technical questions and with payment and delivery options. They even call you back to check that everything went well. As for the product, nothing to complain about: it perfectly meets our expectations and matches the description on the website. We have already recommended buying from Wikao to some people we know. Note: Delivery in 48 hours!

We are very satisfied with the product and the delivery. However, we would have liked an instruction manual for our ethanol fireplace.

A very good ordering website. Very fast delivery. I also asked questions by email about the item I ordered, a fireplace, and received answers and explanations very quickly.

Very good product, carefully made. This fireplace has a double back wall. The supplied brackets are suitable. We only regret that there was no paper template for installing the brackets and no proper instruction manual—that is, one with an exploded view of the whole unit and details of the materials used. A proper technical description, and it would be absolutely perfect!
