Excellent service. My order for a bioethanol fireplace was processed quickly, and I received it a few days after placing the order. The fireplace is already installed and works very well. The only thing is, it's a shame you don't offer bioethanol on your website.

I'm almost satisfied with my order. Almost... because the fire lighter doesn't work!
Professional and very helpful after I contacted them by phone.

Very satisfied with the product and delivery time. One small reservation about the delivery itself: the delivery driver left the product on the sidewalk, detached it from the pallet, and left me alone to carry it up to the 5th floor, leaving the pallet on the sidewalk...

Good and fast service. The instructions should be in French, not a foreign language; that would save us from having to go back to the website to read reviews and advice.

Fast delivery, in line with our expectations. One small drawback: an installation and user manual for the bioethanol fireplace should be provided. It would also be helpful if bioethanol were available for purchase.

Information and ordering were perfect, and delivery was perfect. The product matches what was shown online. The technical instructions are insufficient: can the fireplace be placed directly against the wall? Is protection needed between the fireplace and the wall...?

The delivery time was “super fast.” The choice of reflective panel obscures the flame because it reflects the room's interior decor.
