Looks great in my fireplace and creates a warm atmosphere in the living room. It also warms the room on a chilly evening when it's not cold enough to turn on the heating. Very happy!

Very satisfied with the delivery and the result. (Just for your information, we couldn't use the rubber washers provided because they were all stuck together)

No problems with the product (Sirius fireplace) or Wikao’s customer service (very friendly and helpful), but GLS is absolutely terrible and makes the experience difficult. When ordering, ask them not to use GLS as the carrier; otherwise, there’s a good chance your order won’t be delivered.

I ordered the Bari stove, delivered by Geodis with tracking and a choice of delivery date. It was perfectly packaged and included instructions. It does consume much less than advertised, though, and heats just the right amount for a living room of around 35 square meters. Very happy with this purchase.

After my wife's colleague introduced me to your website, I was impressed by your products. I ordered a wall-mounted DUO fireplace and immediately appreciated its appearance and functionality. It fits perfectly with my interior. From the very first hour, you can feel a pleasant warmth, and the 2.2-liter tank capacity is a plus. I recommend WIKAO to anyone like me who wasn't familiar with this heating concept.
