Customer reviews of Wikao

Everything was perfect, from placing the order to the first fire!!

A very good product, but I was disappointed with the delivery. The mayor delivered the fireplace, and neither they nor I were really happy about it.

Fast delivery. The item matched the order, and the parcel was tracked.

Well-designed, user-friendly shopping website. Delivery time was met, with real-time updates. Product matches the online description.

Very fast delivery and a really efficient carrier.

Excellent purchase, fast (2 days), careful delivery, product matches what was shown...

The item arrived after 2 days, and the packaging was impeccable. However, the fireplace arrived with slight dents at the weld points. It is not insulated on the wall-facing side. It has 3 hours of burn time, not 4.

Delivery time was met, email tracking was perfect, and delivery was impeccable.

Very good service.

Fast delivery, product matched the order. No problems.

Fast service, very good information about the products, delivery time respected.

Great choice, quality, price, and ultra-fast, careful service! Excellent website; the only drawback is the lack of instructions.

The product matches the description, but delivery did not happen within 48 hours... what a shame.

I highly recommend this website. We hesitated for a long time before ordering this type of product online. We spoke to someone on the phone several times, and they gave us all the information we needed. The product meets our expectations and is good quality. Very fast delivery.

Great delivery and product, thank you. We are delighted.

Nothing to report. Service was up to standard.

Fast transaction. Real-time tracking. Delivery as expected. Reliable provider.

Poor delivery organization, instructions only in English, and no invoice in the package.

Perfect, received extremely quickly. The product matches the listing. I wholeheartedly recommend Wikao: impeccable professionalism, which is rare these days.

Good, fast.

Fast delivery, very good.

Professional, precise, friendly. Well done.

Fast service and delivery.

Very fast, well packaged, perfect.

Friendly welcome over the phone. The item I wanted to order was out of stock, and my order was canceled immediately. I received an apology email with the date when I could place a new order. The website seems reliable.

The product matches the description and photo. The item was delivered very quickly on a pallet, which the delivery driver also removed.

Very fast delivery, and the product matches the description on the website. After trying it out, I am very satisfied; no unpleasant surprises.

The equipment works well, and delivery was fast, so the service was excellent.

Fast service.

Really fast service and delivery (ordered on Monday, received on Wednesday).

Fast delivery. The product is exactly what we wanted. Good quality. Recommended.

Fast delivery and the option to pay in three installments. The product offers good value for money.

Fast delivery service, and the fireplace we ordered was very well packaged. Thank you.

Very good.

Simple and fast.

Fast delivery, product as described. No assembly instructions included (on paper), but with the internet you can figure it out.

Good service, delivery time met, product as described. Just one small disappointment: the lighter that came with it was empty and therefore didn't work, which was a shame. I also thought the logs would be a little bigger.

Excellent service from this supplier: responsive and quick to ship the product (within 24 hours). They also responded promptly to problems: in our case, the box delivered by UPS was badly damaged and some parts were missing (4 wall plugs and screws (A); 1 Allen key (C), and 2 wall-mounting bars (D)). In addition, the lacquer paint on the vertical part of the fireplace was chipped. After a simple phone call, the distributor responded very well and offered either to take the product back or give us a significant discount. In our case, we didn't need the mounting bars, so we accepted the discount. Very friendly on the phone. Congratulations and best wishes to this supplier. Otherwise, the product fully meets our expectations. Thank you!

Excellent, fast service. Beautiful fireplace, nothing but positives. Thank you.

A thoroughly satisfactory purchase. Dispatch and delivery as stated. Excellent packaging... the glass was well protected. Very friendly phone contact... nothing but positives...
