Customer reviews of 1001hobbies

I had booked express delivery to receive the parcel within the week. I didn't hear from him for the whole week, and it was only the following week that I received an e-mail telling me that my parcel was on its way. So I received it well after the 4 to 6 days I'd expected when ordering. I sent an e-mail before receiving it to find out why it was late and why I had received duplicate e-mails with errors in the automatic e-mails (one sentence did not appear correctly). I was waiting for an explanation. I received a few lines of reply with no apology, no explanation and, above all, no answers to my questions. So I sent another e-mail and I'm still waiting for an answer. This company doesn't manage after-sales service and customer relations at all. I'm very disappointed. I'd read some good comments, especially about deliveries, but apparently not everyone is on the same page.

I recommend the 1001 maquettes website without any problem.

I am very disappointed because the delivery time announced has not been respected.after ordering 24 to 48 hours announced package received 1 week and a half later when at the time of ordering the products was

Good handling of the order, only downside disappointed with the coliéco formula (no tracking, no insurance, no delivery times).

Great choice of products for model makers. Fast delivery, good communication. Would recommend.

1001 maquettes makes a mistake in my order and I report it. They ask me to send back the defective item at my expense and offer me free shipping on my next order?! Too nice guys! You're bordering on complete amateurism! I'm done with them

once I received the model, it didn't look at all like the one on the site, with its torn packaging... in short, bo!

ALL OK ! YOU ARE VERY WELL!!! AAAAA+++++ FIND PERFECT COMMUNICATION AND DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT. SPEED DELIVERY, REASONABLE COSTS, PACKAGING PROOF OF DAMAGE.

Very good turnaround time between order processing and shipping. I recommend this si

Very good service from ordering to receiving the product. I recommend

Perfect and very correct site! The 1st model I bought was missing a cluster (the track drive wheels). So I bought Friul tracks for my model with a 50% discount on this kit. The se""après-vent"" is therefore first-rate. I recommend this site and will recommend it again next time.

If I hadn't been threatened with a ""hand courante"" for not respecting the purchase contract for a model and a sheet of ordinary decals, I'm sure that three yes three months after the order I'd still be waiting for my pack of 1001 Maquettes. So you'll understand that from now on I'm not taking this site very seriously, unlike other English, German, Polish or Czech sites, which are much more efficient.

Hello Sir and Madam, I'm writing to inform you that my order has arrived a second time in poor condition. The order concerned flat paint for copper and white decals. When I placed my first order for copper decal paint, it arrived crumpled, so I sent you a message to let you know so that my next order wouldn't arrive in the same condition. Unfortunately, it arrived crumpled again.

Very good site to recommend

Fast order processing, careful packaging and competitive prices.

small problem with the reception of my colie it misses an element problem solved the following day!!! very serious house the products correspond to my waitings a consei

I strongly advise against this site. After placing an order, everything went wrong: misleading communications, product delivered 7 days late in a damaged parcel. No response to my emails and phone calls. Basically my worst e-commerce experience in 10 years. I don't recommend si

easy ordering clear order tracking on-time delivery

Order received 1 MONTH after payment. Computer problem when placing the order but parcel sent anyway as an economy parcel. 1001 maquettes could have made up for this by sending a parcel.

Order on March 1 of an item ""in stock"" shipment on March 8 not yet delivered (March 17)

order delivered on time and model exactly as described

I'm very satisfied with my model, it's very realistic. It's easy to assemble, thanks to the enclosed plans.

There's plenty of choice for military vehicles at 172°. The list is up to date. Fast delivery times. I'm a long way from TONY maquettes, which left me bitterly disappointed (a few weeks, in fact, several months of waiting).

The search system is efficient for my taste, although I do have one regret: not being able to create a wish list that can be saved between visits. Me

for me everything went smoothlygood communicationI recommended it

After some initial confusion on my part, everything went well. I would perhaps have liked an approximate delivery date so that I could have planned everything properly. But I think I've now placed another order and I know that everything is OK and I just need to be patient. Thank you

I didn't understand why the Chronopost delivery took so long....more than a week from order to receipt.

this is my first order and I am very satisfied mer

It was my first order from 1001modellbau. I have never ordered from abroad before and therefore never made the purchase. It took a little longer, about 14 days, but it wasn't that important for me. In general, the store is a bit more expensive for some items, but you can also find one or two exotic kits.

After several orders always very fast if available and complete package to recommend

Poor, Slow Service, Incomplete Order Many item not in-stock despite web order saying they were in stock ready to ship. For items not in stock, I was issued a ""credit memo"" to be used on next order without my permission. I can't imagine ever ordering again so I am now fighting for a refund. This was the poorest experience I have had ordering on the internet in 15 years.

fast and efficient

Super selection and very fast shipping. Good communication with the customer about the progress of the order and payment is also possible with Pay Pal. All in all, I am very satisfied.

They offer a lot of good things that you can't easily buy elsewhere. There is something for everyone, but unfortunately the store is based in France, which is noticeable in the delivery time and payment.

Serious sellerFast deliveryEverything is okI recommend.
