Customer reviews of 1001hobbies

Model enthusiast without being a""pro"" I consume 2 to 3 models per month I bought them mainly in various local shops on the advice of a friend I tried your site the choice there is interesting..................................but long postponed delays.................and out of stock................. have cooled!!!!!!! As I said in a recent letter....................2 ORDERS 2 PROBLEMS this does not augur well !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm disappointed and it's do

I placed an order for two items after a reminder 10 days later and still had not received the parcel. After the 3rd message, I was told that one item was not available in the color I had ordered. Having accepted, I received my parcel but I only had one article out of two. I was told that they didn't know when it would be available. I was therefore charged on the date of my order and to this day there is still no sign of life from customer service. I strongly advise against ordering

I found everything I needed and it was delivered quickly.

Product Sent to the Wrong Address! I ordered 4 airplanes from Canada to be sent to my son in a different province. The order was placed on Jan. 13,2013 and it arrived on Jan. 29,2013-over 2 weeks for delivery is unacceptable. More importantly, the planes arrived at my home and now I have to pay shipping to send them to him. Very disappointing!

After consulting several other sites, the availability-price ratio seemed to me to be the most interesting. I continue to compare ..... to bi

The transaction was processed quickly and without any problems or restrictions.

very fast well packaged serial site

apart from the comment concerning the age precision, I found the service very good in terms of communication by e-mail for rectification or addition of information in the course of sending if there is a reception problem.

Decals in perfect condition. Fast and problem-free processing. Fast delivery and good packaging.

Hello, I've ordered a Corsaire model from trumpeter at 132. You had it in stock. This one was ordered I believe on December 22 and after two letters of complaint on my part I only received it on January 10. I'm not complaining about the quality of your products, but your shipping service leaves a lot to be desired.

the site is well designed, although the search engines are sometimes complicated. delivery times can take a few days, but I've never had any unpleasant surprises. The prices are interesting for some products, well above the market price for others. To be recommended, but it's necessary to

order 13652 for my son Luc 12 years. ordered 5 penceaux two models and paint well received except there is just 1 brush. Reclamé reponse: c'est toujours vendu seul. Bizarre because the foto was well 5 and or 3 brushes for 2.60 approximately. I return to the site and surprise ........ fotos of brushes times 5 or faith 3 have disappeared. How can you rearrange my trust? cordially I Bur

The payment was made to France as far as I can remember. That confused me a bit. However, the goods arrived relatively quickly as I didn't pay by credit card or direct debit.

Search and find. Formidable

VERY GOOD TO RECOMMEND.

this site is not bad except for the delivery times, which need to be improved, but okay.

very competitive prices with a large choice of products

No order confirmation, delivery was a long time coming, an inquiry on my part was not answered and last but not least a high customs fee because the items were not declared correctly. This was definitely my last order from this store.

A smooth transaction, fast delivery and an item as described. My next vehicle will come from you K

beautiful site. large selection of all kinds easier to order than to receive exaggeratedly long delay after ordering despite the Colissimo fast rate +3 euros all without any communication

Slightly long order processing times. The fact that there is no stock and that orders are sent directly to the various suppliers has a lot to do with this. Otherwise, there's nothing to say, the products received are as ordered.

Excellent site - where you can find so many things that it's hard to choose what you need - which met my expectations in record time. I'm already preparing my next com

perfect transaction very neat package nothing to say very fast shipping me

Well received the model only one small problem it misses ... the propeller !!!!! what compromises much the realization unless to canibalize another model to the propeller approaching .... dom

Satisfied with the service, good value for money, especially with a wide selection of products.

rapiditée éfficacitée super tout simplemm

Ordered on 10.01. Confirmation of receipt of payment on 12.01. (so far great!) but only on 17.01. the notification that the items have been shipped. This is ok so far but not a top value. If items are not immediately available, a notification to the customer would be desirable. All in all, I will certainly not have ordered for the last time). Unfortunately, the majority of my orders (and those of well-known model makers) go to other dealers who offer the same items at significantly lower prices. The price difference of items I recently ordered from other stores ranges from insignificant to unbelievable. insignificantly similar price Aires cockpit for 1499€ - other store as well - ordered from 1001modellbau unbelievable Tamiya item for 3299€ - ordered from other store for 1895€ - Tamya recommendation: 2350 $ (Attention: Dollar) - I don't even pay the difference in a store with good advice and provided coffee! Italeri article for 2199€ - ordered from another store for 1495€ Conclusion - absolutely praiseworthy huge selection especially for scaffolding sets (here also comparable prices). - fast confirmation of receipt of payment with prepayment (that makes a good gut feeling) - relatively fast shipping - unfortunately clearly too expensive for kits (sometimes almost double the price compared to the competition) ... this messes up many orders that would end up with you at a comparable price because I (and also model building colleagues) would place them with the scaffolding parts Since the price is no secret and everything else is serious, there are still 4 stars.

Huge selection of even the most obscure decals (Ventura NZAF Dauntless - I couldn't get them anywhere else in Germany) simple processing fast shipping - everything is great!

Good company, great stock, everything sent in a timely manner and recommend store. Very good, great stock.

Reliable service I have ordered from 1001 many times and am pleased with their service. Accurate inventory, order status updates, and the models come when they say they will. I could not say the same for other trans Atlantic model companies I have ordered from.

Had excellent purchase from 1001 and would recommend highly to others. 1001 was the only merchant who had the item I was looking for, so I bought when I could. Item was sent Priority mail- well packed and much appreciated !!

very slow shipping, slow customer service response time i thought the selection and pricing was pretty comparable, if not slightly lower than a few other places for the parts i was looking at. they also had the specific combination of parts, which i would have had to order from multiple places to get. but there was almost a full 3 weeks between ordering and delivery. while i was notified that the item was being prepared to ship, then another when it was just about to ship, then another when it did ship, i did not receive a single email answering my questions regarding the order. i might consider ordering again just for a second chance, but if shipping is the same speed, i'll go elsewhere for what i need...

All is well, that ends well, i suppose... Initial order confusion, and difficult communication. Took time and Email discussions to get order back on track. Order delayed and was split into 2 parts. With delays, order was finely completed.

The order was filled in a very timely manner Very impressed with your selection on what I assumed would be a rare item Hope to do business again soon
