Customer reviews of 1001hobbies

Great collectable figure arrived just after the stipulated time , but because it's not available at retail it's good for a UK delivery .
The communication with the seller and update was also helpful

Correct article, fast delivery, worth repeating. Regards

Very well detailed site and product lived up to expectations.

No problems to report, the boxes arrive safely, despite a fairly long delivery time, but the beautiful things are hard to come by!

are confusing, some products that were supposed to arrive in a short time never arrived and other products apparently available, while waiting for them to arrive others disappeared or even became pre-orders. I had to send a lot of emails and make several phone calls while also having to insist that I demanded refunds, which they then did with a couple of refunds and a voucher, which luckily I was able to spend because there was another item I was interested in. in short out of 5 models I received one that took three weeks to ship despite it being available. in short they are honest in that they refunded what they owed but too dispersive, on the model I received I saved something compared to average prices but it wasn't worth all the time I had to waste.

Sometimes very expensive.

Great website as if in a candy store

Goods as promised. Delivery time far too long. Communication ok, but not precise.

I recommend to all Hobbit fans, really impactful, beautiful

The order I recently received arrived promptly and packaging was good quality.

Delivery takes a long time - incorrect status updates

I am very happy. Everything went smoothly...

Fast delivery

Good range and delivery times thank you

meets my expectations

Everything perfect 1a Fast delivery 1a Quality Always gladly again top

Nice site and good for ideas. Fast delivery.

You are well informed about your order

The delivery time was a little too long otherwise all good

I ordered from across the pond. The item was not in stock at the warehouse but at the distributor. Hobbies 1001 was able to confirm and have the item shipped to them and then to me. A little slow but an item I could not find anywhere else in the world.

nickel

The last delivery was much too long, and fortunately I wasn't in a hurry.

Package received on time

Speed and efficiency

Brilliant. Arrived before estimate. All correct and well packaged. Will be ordering more but will have to wait till pay day.Thank you all very much. Yours Nev.

The paint colors do not match, yellow and burgundy among others. 4 colors received, only 2 usable, and if I follow the nomenclature I need 14 so frustration.

Very diverse, imaginative range. Great communication, reliable delivery

Fine, thank you.

Everything is perfect. Only +++++++++++++++++++++++

Compliant product and delivery

I strongly advise against this site: the product purchased never arrived and customer service doesn't even reply - or, when they do reply, it's to knowingly give false information (e.g., to make people believe that they've received the item and that it will be shipped soon) and then to postpone the next shipping date once again... In short, a scam to be avoided unless you want to waste time and money!

Very fast and compliant, thank you

Everything perfect!!! I recommend this store for seriousness and 'excellent buyer service. The 'item arrived on time and in impeccable condition.

Out of stock not notified prior to purchase. I've seen several notices after buying notifying this. When I bought a figurine, I told myself that I would exceptionally take a direct home delivery and pay a little more so that it would be quick (for a birthday). Result: Order received a little over 2 weeks later, even though the delivery date was ANNOUNCED at the time of purchase, a few days later. I don't recommend this site and won't buy anything from it again.

I found myself very well

totally satisfied, delivery was very fast, the day after my order was prepared and two days later in delivery, delivery made in 2 days, packaging was secure and in very good condition. I would recommend

Very happy with the order, fast and perfect figurine. Thank you
