Very bad, I already sent them the message indicating that I had not received one of the items and I asked them to proceed to redeem it for a voucher as they had done with two items that finally could not servire either. I copy you the forwarded in which contains the reference of the missing item and that as of today I no longer need.Good morning, I just received the package and in it I am missing: Avro Lancaster Dambuster B. III (exterior) (designed to be farming with Airfix kits) Part number : MXSM72205. I received the whole thing but in the assembly box of the model airplane I found the decals partly compromised i.e. they were used and then put back in the plastic package maybe it is not up to you but I think it is detrimental to your image

My order was delayed, then when I received it most of the labels were damaged or ripped off my items. Sent a note to customer service and they did nothing. I won't ever shop with you again.

I was not impressed with their customer services. Rather than trying to help me, they were quite rude. And instead of cancelling my order, as per my request, when i realised the products wouldn't arrive in time, they still sent them - charging me £10 for delivery for items that were of no use.
