Apart from the slight delay due to strikes and various demonstrations for which you are not responsible, everything was perfect.

Website is fine but aftersale is not good. Bought airbrush that did not work properly. But they could not do anything for me because the airbrush was used once and then the article could not be returned.Strange because you have to try such an article once to find out that the product does not function properly. I have now just ordered new parts elsewhere at my own expense. I don't think I will be buying anything here anytime soon, too bad because they have quite a lot of items.

The problem is that I like all the models you have, to charge fast, but it's been almost two months and I have not received the order yet, when it will arrive, I will not even want to do it, for this reason I will avoid buying any more product, and disengage the delivery once delivered to the carrier.

Pleasant website, communication could be better. Only after my own request the shipment was neatly resolved. But would have been nicer if this company had picked that up earlier itself. Received everything so satisfied in the end.
