I have to admit that once I explained the problem, they solved it in very few days (exactly 4 days). I also want to emphasize that although they take a long time to ship, the shipments arrive very well protected.

Hello, we're really sorry, but our customer service team is available Monday to Friday from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm. It sometimes happens that when we reply to automatic e-mails, we don't receive our customers' e-mails. The safest way to reach us is to send an e-mail to [email protected]. Have a nice day.

Very bad, I already sent them the message indicating that I had not received one of the items and I asked them to proceed to redeem it for a voucher as they had done with two items that finally could not servire either. I copy you the forwarded in which contains the reference of the missing item and that as of today I no longer need.Good morning, I just received the package and in it I am missing: Avro Lancaster Dambuster B. III (exterior) (designed to be farming with Airfix kits) Part number : MXSM72205. Quantity : 1, 19,69 €, Total : 19,69 € I have seen that if I have redeemed a voucher for the items Reference : QB72467 and Reference : AMMO-1011. I would be grateful if you could proceed in the same way with the item that you have not sent me.Regards, TolO Corró.

I still think that this is a very professional company with an impeccable management. It is very commendable that they continue to work with Ukrainian companies despite the war and that I can enjoy models made in Kiev itself!
