More than unpleasant experience. We are literally taken for fools by the people in charge (who, by the way, lie to us in their rare communication emails).

Navigation within the site was fine. Ordering and making payment was standard with no problems experienced. Shipping was as expected considering the parcel was coming from France. Overall rating a 9 out of 10 at the very least.

Disappointed by time to receive item which was shown as in stock when purchased. Subsequently advised waiting for new stock to come in.

Since I order at 1001 hobbies, I have always received my parcels complete and no damaged items, delivery times always respected, a large choice online just a little breakage what I find logical, we are many enthusiasts of militaria, continue like that I have nothing to complain, just that the next order team 1001 hobbies.

Despite requesting that they stop sending me messages on a daily basis, they continue to do so. They don't care about the consumer protection law.

SITE NAVIGATION IS GOOD THOUGH NOT SUPER EASY. DEFINITELY A GREAT SELECTION OF PRODUCTS ALTHOUGH MANY ARE NOT AVAILABLE AND YOU CAN'T TELL WHEN THEY WILL ARRIVE. I SPEAK FOR THE ITEMS OF MY INTEREST OF COURSE. MILITARY MODELS 1/35-1/32. A LITTLE BIT LONG TIME FOR DELIVERY.
