I am satisfied with the service. One day I received a paint color instead of another I notified her by email and a very honest arrangement was made. Another time I asked for advice over the phone and the lady took the time to provide me with the information and suggested other possibilities. I bought from you two items one arrived to me completely wrong the other after 20 days still has not arrived I have sent multiple emails to the French and Italian site with headquarters in Milan and Italian phone number to which they answer only in French or English which is absurd I have also tried to communicate in the Facebook page to no avail because the page is not active you are a bunch of scammers but do not worry I for €80 I do not become poor I will report to the competent police force your unserious position and I repeat of scammers shame on you God damn you....
