Still waiting I paid roughly $50 for a model plane and another $45 to have it expedited shipping to arrive between December 21 - December 24th before Christmas. Also included in the $45 shipping was a tracking number. Unfortunately the tracking company was only in French so so couldn’t understand it. It is December 29th and I still haven’t received the model. My uncle also Ordered the same model and he is experiencing the same thing. All it says on your website is December 21st your package arrived in your country. Nothing else. I am so disappointed. This Was the model planes my uncle and father flew in Vietnam and I was so excited to get it for him. I don’t even know if it’s still coming or if I lost my money. I choose your company because of all the good reviews.

I have not received my items I have not received my items, nor have I received any indication that I will. Update: They did not bother reading my name, and they sent me an additional email asking to complete my order for which I already paid.

I still have not received my order. I have no idea where it is or anything.

The delivered product was ok as described. The timing was not very fast but it is still related to the delivery time during the Christmas period this year (2020). So no problem at all. I don't give 5 stars because I had paid an extra 25€ to have a Gift Package with Message. However, not found the message inside the package and also the box was wrapped very roughly. Which forced me to redo the package from scratch.

I placed an order for a Christmas gift that the site gave me was available with delivery by December 21. The day after payment came an email notifying me that the package was ready for shipment. After 7 days from the purchase i.e. when the product was supposed to be almost on the delivery date I was sent an email informing me that a supplier did not have a piece available to complete my order (nb: I ordered a mug the product is either in stock or it is not) and that they could not tell me when they would be able to ship my purchase. I called the customer number in imbufalance where the line would strangely drop after exactly 2 minutes of waiting. After several attempts and a threatening email, I managed to speak with a French operator who told me that the order would be delivered on the 22nd. In the meantime, they replied to the email without giving me any indication of supposed delivery time but simply asking if I wanted to cancel the order. Since by phone I was guaranteed a package for the 22nd I did not cancel. To date still no package has arrived and I am being asked for an evaluation. Very serious mistake! Here's to never again!

Rather than making an assessment ......Vi remind you that to date I have not yet received fulfillment of order 237574 placed a month ago that was needed for Christmas ????
