1001 is ridiculous 6 days ago l wrote a review under the title of ""1001 sucks."" On 7/23, l received an email advising me that my items had shipped and l would receive them in a few days. Well its now 7/27, and l have received nothing. I checked their sometimes working tracking site and it's difficult to understand because its all in French. I guess they don't understand that not everybody speaks French. As of today the tracking icon that shows you where the item is indicates that it is nowhere near being delivered. I don't even think it's reached the U.S. It seems they sent it via a raft. I don't expect it for at least another week. I noticed that while looking at other reviews the company only responds to positive reviews and publicly thanks those reviewers. However, they don't respond to negative reviews. I guess it's against their policies to publicly acknowledge and apologize for their mistakes. After my experience with this company l will never order from them again. I recommend you don't either. If you do it's at your own risk. You've been warned.

Everything worked perfectly!!!

Ordered a PE set for the Arizona in 1:200 scale. According to the item description, delivery would be on July 20th. So I waited. On the 20th the status was actually set to ""shipping is being prepared"". On the 21st the package went out and UPS number was provided. Received item via UPS on the 24th as announced via UPS. Shipment was probably from France. The packaging in the envelope of the PE set shows some signs of damage. Either the UPS courier had a bad day or the employee who packed the item. But otherwise the PE set is complete and in good condition. So the bottom line - ordered and received as 1001Modellbau.de had stated in the item description. Because of the packaging one star deduction otherwise it would have been 5.

In general, everything was fine, until a major problem arose recently when certain items were noted as being "in stock" and when the order was placed, they became "in restocking", which is not far from a dishonest procedure, especially as these same items said to be "in restocking" on the order summary remain "available" on the site. In practice, this means they take the order without knowing when or if they'll get it. Not very fair
