All in all a satisfied customer All orders were sent in a propper amount of time. If there was an item not available any longer I immediately received confirmation via mail. I even got a voucher for my next order as a kind of compensation. So in general 4 stars out of 5.

It arrived in good condition, with no broken parts. It is good to know that there is a place to get model kits at a good price, which may not be readily available or not available at all from other sources.

My only minor complaint is I wish the packaging had been better. The delicate decals did get dented. I piece of stiff cardboard would have helped. Overall I am happy with the selection and service.

This is the second time I have had to wait several wakes for an order because one item was not delivered on time by the manufacturer In the end, I asked to split the order and deliver what was in stock Why in such a case is the customer not consulted (automatically initiated by 1001) whether they want to split the order cancel or just wait? The delivery itself was 100% in ord

Everything went well with my previous orders (2 X)! I was always kept up to date by email and everything went well! In comparison, the items are always more expensive than elsewhere, but the selection is much better and I got a kit with the first order that is otherwise no longer available new. I was or am satisfied!

I bought the package USS Enterprise CV-6 of I LOVE KIT I must point out that the instructions (the booklet) is very unclear especially regarding the small parts This is because the booklet was copied instead of printed so that dark parts run into each other and thus practically not visible Pity With Miyami this would probably not happen I am curious about the result of my next package the plane the Messerschmit With polite Regards Frans Denys
