Delivery issues I was not pleased with the information about shipping. I received one email that stated delivery would be 27 Oct, the package was delivered 2 Nov. The tracking number was not traceable and 4 emails to you went unanswered. I feel lucky I got my product. Mark Shupe

Simple and fast for an overseas purchase You had a kit I’ve been trying to find for a long time. I was hesitant at first ordering from overseas, but the process was simple and fast. The payment options were nice and the kit arrived much faster than I ever imagined. The packaging was nice and sturdy and the kit arrived in great condition. I’ll definitely keep you in mind when I’m on the hunt for another hard to find kit.

I had a problem with my online payment and was debited without receiving any notification. I was certainly reimbursed on appeal, but I didn't think that could happen nowadays. If I hadn't been on the lookout myself

I ordered 2 books from there which were both shown as available. The order then stated that one of the two was backordered, which then took more than 14 days. However, when I asked by e-mail, I quickly received a polite and competent reply that my order would be delivered within the next week, which it was. In the meantime, the book in question was still listed as ""Available"". However, as the book was no longer available anywhere else, the whole thing is still acceptable for me, only the delivery times could be better managed.
