fast, trouble-free dispatch items as described

The boxes were damaged and some crushed. But luckily no part of the models was touched. The carrier should take more care of your products. Otherwise I have nothing to say about the rest of your service except that it was perfect. Sincerely FrédÃ

Good service Good service, and timely info, quick turn around. I will recommend to a friend.

Ordered decals for F4U model Ordered decals for F4U model. My mistake, the decals were for a 1:43 scale model. My model is 1:32 scale. Returned to your website, but could not find 1:32 scale decal sheet. Thanks.

Arrival of Package The package arrived with no damage to the box. The contents had no damage or spillage. I am thankful for the package.

Super good online store fast delivery and good handling Chapeau

Good except for delivery problem

Fast, efficient service, carefully packaged and of superior quality

Hello I'm a beginner model maker and I've come across your site to order the equipment I need to get started in good conditions. Model paints workstation carpets various tools etc.. My dissatisfaction concerns a pair of pliers with black handles sent with the kit (6 paints, 3 brushes, glue and pliers). I find it difficult to supply a lower-end pair of pliers. Useless because not fine enough to scratch. The blue-handled pliers sold separately are apparently of much better quality, and in any case usable because they're finer. In short, if the rest of my order complies with the fast and careful shipment, you've stupidly lost a customer. In fact, I've just bought a cabin airbrush compressor and quite a lot of c

THE SITE IS WELL DONE THE MODELS ARE NUMEROUS AND OF DIFFERENT DIFFICULTIES ACCORDING TO THE LEVEL! the shipment was fast and the object was packed correctly although a little extra protection (between two styrodur plates would have been a plus and would not have added any weight and therefore no cost to the shipment! this concerns especially long and therefore fragile models.

Fast delivery good quality. Gladly again

Delivery time does not correspond to the information ?

All very well

Fast and correct shipping. I love that I can continue to buy Tamiy paints.

Excellent build but would recommend an adult, too many small parts for a junior and a bit on the expensive side

Fantastic service, excellent products and quick delivery.

Great models kits from a great company.

Smooth and correct delivery Excellent service after an order went wrong (entirely my own fault) Thanks!

Very fast and conform shipping

Great choice, good service and market price... What else

Perfect shipping... Always satisfied. The delivery time was a bit longer than usual...that comes from the carrier apparently. In short, I'm sticking with 1001 maquettes.

No problems with quality. Now we just need to know how to mount the YMA3208 dashboard for the P5.

hello.i'm not happy with your service.i sent you back a new airplane received damaged. You did nothing except to send it back to me with a letter saying that you had called the distributor and that it was a manipulation to be done on the transmitter. I called kyosho myself, who confirmed that they had never distributed this kit in BNF (without radio and batteries).I called your secretary a fortnight ago, who has done nothing since. What's more, the first time I sent the kit back, I was obliged to pay 11euro40 for the colissimo because your secretary confirmed that she had omitted to send me the return barcode. I only had the sav code.

Thank you for your prompt delivery

Delivery on time perfect packaging :

Everything is great and fast.

Everything is super ?

Nothing to complain about: professional.

I leave 5 stars because perfect product the wait a little long but within the stated limits (about nine days lav. that become two weeks effective)

The site offers a wide variety of products the purchasing assistance works and the prices are acceptable. Delivery time to be improved.

good price good delivery

The service is fine but to just charge the shipping costs for a package for letter post is a shame! Gr Marcel
