Customer service is impeccable, as is product quality. The only negative point is the price, which is much higher than with other brands. For example, a revell model costs almost €58 without postage, whereas on another site the same model costs €34 with postage.

Terrible aftercare service, I placed an order for an expensive model kit that arrived damaged, fair enough shipping is not their fault, however the box had been previously opened and repacked wrong, All three of there contact numbers do not work, sent multiple emails and when I finally got a reply they offered a 10% credit note, which won���t even cover the cost to repair or cover up the damage, since that email to which I replied to they have had no further contact with me nor given me the credit note. Hello The ad indicated a SD.KFZ. 25110 Ausf.C (beige and green color) and I received a SD.KFZ 2519 Ausf.C (gray color). I'm disappointed because on the invoice it says 25110. I think the seller lacks seriousness in his ad and could warn me, it's the least polite thing to do.
