Very fast and neat package ??????

I found 1001modelkits.com after searching for 1/72 pilots. They had a good selection and found what I was looking for. I ordered 3x PJ Production pilot packs and place my order on April 1st 2020. After 10 days I emailed them to find out the status of my order. They emailed back saying it was shipped. Since I live in the USA my order did arrive on May 2. Maybe because of the COVID and over seas shipping it took a bit to arrive but my order got here and am very happy.

Delivery too long. Order placed on April 24 and charged the same day. Colissimo delivery charges also paid. Parcel only left the depot on April 30, 6 days later. Received on May 4. Damaged box without return form inside. On their website they say they will "" refund within 30 days if not satisfied"". It's totally false, they actually offer to give us a credit note. Site to flee! Never again

The parcel arrived safely containing my entire order. Products conform. Delivery times are correct for the containment period (1 week in this case).

My order was placed on March 25 and arrived today, May 4. Among other things, I had ordered an avro lancaster model and the pack with the 8 paints. None of the paints match the model. I'm still giving it three stars, as the site is generally very well rated and I'm aware of the difficulties associated with containment, but from a personal point of view I'm very disappointed.

And in the end I received acrylic paints instead of enamel paints that were available and that I had ordered!!! very disappointed I have to recommend the paints on another site ... strongly discouraged scam and no respect for the customer would never order again

I placed my order on April 13. IT HAS NOT ARRIVED YET. I wanted it to surprise my sister for her birthday on April 25. Last week I wrote to them asking and within days they replied that they were sorry but the product I had ordered more than two weeks before is out of stock. They let me reserve placing the order and paying for it. And they have not bothered to give any more information. I have not been able to gift anything to my sister because I was waiting for this trusting that they worked well but they don't and you feel very helpless and powerless with them. I have not received it yet. It was scheduled for delivery on April 27-28. I understand that given the circumstances the delivery is delayed but I have sent an email asking about the status of the order and I have not received any response with any information.

Few days later another mail telling me package is being handled should be on it's way soon. Since then not a single word of communication no updates nothing. I pay 20 € for an express delivery that should have arrived on April 8. Well, the package arrived more than 2 weeks later. In addition they tell you that the package is already shipped when in fact if you track it it says that it has not left their facilities. I understand that this is a difficult business situation and people are being very understanding. But what cannot be tolerated is that customers are being taken for fools by lying to them.
